What มุกป๊อป is and how it is made
ไข่มุกป๊อป is the Thai name for popping boba. It is not a chewy tapioca pearl. Each pearl has a thin gel skin around a liquid centre, and the centre releases flavour when bitten. This page does not publish a factory recipe. The facts below are the format, the flavour base and the pack.
BlessMe grain popping boba uses barley, oat or red bean as the flavour. All five toppings are vegan and do not use gelatin. They are packed in syrup and contain sugar. You can drain the syrup for less sweetness, but this does not make the product sugar-free. BlessMe imports these toppings from a manufacturer in China and keeps stock in Bangkok. The products come from partner factories that meet international food standards.
For the gel skin and each flavour base, read the article on what popping boba is made of.
