Greek yogurt and topping serving ideas

1. A topping idea: try pairing Greek yogurt with a BlessMe topping and adjust the portion to your menu. This is a serving suggestion, not a tested nutrition or health claim. The toppings are packed in syrup and contain sugar.

2. Texture: compare Greek yogurt with and without a topping to decide which texture you prefer.

3. Sweetness guidance: Packed in syrup and contains sugar. You can drain the syrup for less sweetness, but this does not make the product sugar-free.

The Ultimate Yogurt Bowl Flavor Guide

  • Trial idea: plain Greek yogurt + barley (contains gluten)
  • Trial idea: honey Greek yogurt + red bean
  • Trial idea: vanilla Greek yogurt + Osmanthus Konjac (not popping boba)

Recipe idea: The BlessMe Tropical Pop Bowl

This is an untested serving idea; adjust ingredient amounts to your taste.

  • Suggested ingredients: 200g plain or vanilla Greek yogurt, barley and red bean toppings, granola and honey. Weigh toppings to track portions.
  • Assembly idea: spoon yogurt into a bowl, add granola and toppings, then honey and mint if desired.
  • Barley and oat contain gluten. All five toppings are vegan and packed in syrup with sugar. Draining syrup can reduce sweetness but does not make them sugar-free. Not suitable for children under 6 because of choking risk.

Ask about customer preferences

Ask customers about their preferred flavors, portions and price range rather than assuming what they will buy.

Ideas for a Greek yogurt topping trial

1. Texture Contrast: Greek yogurt is dense, thick, and creamy. Adding popping boba creates a dramatic texture contrast. When the boba pops inside the thick yogurt, it turns a simple yogurt bowl into an engaging sensory experience.

2. Presentation: try barley or red bean alongside granola and compare the appearance of different layouts.

3. Portion planning: weigh drained topping and record opening dates. Unopened: store at room temperature for 12 months from manufacture. After opening: keep tightly closed and refrigerated at 4°C or below for up to 1 month.
