A topping trial can help you evaluate a new milk tea menu option. Compare portion costs, proposed prices and actual orders before deciding.
Plan a milk tea topping trial
Before adding a topping, compare its drained portion cost with your proposed selling price. Include labour, waste and other expenses when deciding whether the menu item works for your shop.

Barley and oat contain gluten. All five toppings are vegan and packed in syrup with sugar. Draining syrup can reduce sweetness but does not make them sugar-free. Not suitable for children under 6 because of choking risk.
